B. inggris So, based on the results of research questions, English as an International Language is really helping the education system not only for the non-native speaker teacher but also for the native speaker teacher. It's very helpful in the teaching and learning process and EIL can help students to gain broader knowledge from different countries. Ha (2009: 206). The pedagogical implication of the ELF really consider the students, environment, teachers, cultural background, and language assessment and should be helping the teacher to be more creative and motivative to teaching students, with some strategies and material used, they should be able to practice in a particular time, for particular students, and in a particular lingua - cultural background. The impact of teaching English as an International Language is helping the students to have knowledge about the subject or material or the understanding about the material that the teacher was giving and the material that teacher is about to give, have knowledge about the environment such as the rules in school, the relationship between teachers and students, and knowledge of talk to each other not only from non-native speakers but native speakers also, etc. Not only do the students have the knowledge, the impact of teaching English as an International Language also makes the teacher and the students be more communicative and active in class, and also makes the learning process well arranged. The way that teachers should be aware of response in EIL is really challenging because teachers must always in positive attitude in comprehending the EIL, Bayyurt and Sifakis (2017) proposed an EIL-aware teacher education model that promotes teachers’ critical awareness of how EIL works and attempts to change their perspective towards EIL, not only the awareness of the EIL comprehending but also teachers are asked to engage in an action plan that assists them in incorporating EIL into their teaching and experimenting with their knowledge of EIL.
